About Us

ADES was founded in 1999 as an environmental consulting company. ADES has an office in Victoria, Texas which is located in the mid Gulf Coast Region between Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. ADES provides environmental consulting services throughout Texas.

ADES puts emphasis on the Health and Safety of our personnel and subcontractors. ADES has never had any OSHA-recordable accidents or injuries. ADES personnel have the 40-hour OSHA 29 CFR 1920.120 HAZWOPER training and certification. Our personnel have also received the 8-hour refresher OSHA training annually. ADES personnel are certified in Basic First Aide/CPR.

ADES is an ISNetworld & Veriforce subscriber and utilizes DISA Global Solutions for our Drug and Alcohol Program. ADES personnel have the Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

 

 

Key Personnel

The ADES Team includes professionals with environmental consultant backgrounds in various areas of expertise.

 

Ms. Pakebusch has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She has over twenty-five years experience in environmental consulting. Ms. Pakebusch is accredited with a State of Texas Professional Geoscientist- Geology license (#2983) and is a LPST Corrective Action Project Manager (CAPM01144). She has a diversified background of experience in UST risk assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Assessments, emergency response coordination, waste profiling and disposal coordination, and oilfield related assessments. Ms. Pakebusch has performed many field duties such as soil and water sampling, oversight of soil probing and monitor well installations, and coordination/oversight of remediation activities. She has experience in technical report writing and has an outstanding working relationship with regulatory agencies throughout her career to ensure compliance on projects.

 

Mr. Huber has bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, Texas. He has twenty years of experience in the environmental consulting field including UST risk assessments, Phase I and II assessments, emergency response coordination, waste profiling and disposal coordination, SPCC Plans and oilfield related assessments. Mr. Huber has also performed such duties such as soil and water sampling, oversight of soil probing and monitor well installations, and coordination/oversight of remediation activities. He has been responsible for the operation and maintenance of remediation systems including SVE, Thermal Oxidizers, air stripping, pump and treat as well as NAPL pump and recovery systems. Mr. Huber has successfully worked with and maintained a positive working relationship with regulatory agencies throughout his career to ensure compliance on projects.
